The highlight, though, was the Signature Wagyu Tomahawk Steak (550 g, ~S$148++)—a bone-in beauty topped with garlic herb butter, seared and served with mushroom cream and brown sauces alongside two sunny-side-up eggs . Cooked to a precise medium-rare, the Wagyu was richly marbled, tender, and coaxed subtle smoky notes from the live torching that sealed in flavor . The cheesy fries, onion rings, and garden salad that accompanied it were lively, crisp, and great for balancing the indulgence.
