I recently visited Saap Saap Thai in Singapore, and I must say, it was an exceptional dining experience. As a lover of Thai cuisine, I was excited to try their offerings, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with a modern yet cozy interior that makes you feel right at home.
The menu boasts a wide range of authentic Thai dishes. I started with the classic Tom Yum Goong, which had the perfect balance of spicy, sour, and savoury flavours. The prawns were fresh, and the broth was incredibly flavourful. For the main course, I tried the Pad Thai and Green Curry Chicken. The Pad Thai was a delightful mix of sweet and savory, with perfectly cooked noodles and generous portions of shrimp and tofu. The Green Curry Chicken was rich and creamy, with tender pieces of chicken and a deliciously fragrant curry sauce.
One of the standout dishes was the Mango Sticky Rice. It was the perfect ending to a great meal, with sweet, ripe mangoes and sticky rice that had just the right amount of coconut milk.
The service at Saap Saap Thai was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it great value for money.
