OUR REVIEW ON DOMINO’S MALAYSIA
I recently ordered from Domino’s Malaysia via their website, hoping for a convenient dinner option. The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of crusts and toppings available. I selected a large Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a side of garlic bread. The food arrived within 30 minutes, which was impressive. The pizza was hot, the crust had a nice crunch, and the toppings were generous. The garlic bread was flavorful and complemented the meal well. Overall, it was a satisfying experience that met my expectations for a quick and tasty meal.
However, on a subsequent occasion, I faced some issues. I placed an order for delivery, but after an hour, there was no update. I tried contacting the outlet multiple times, but my calls went unanswered. When the pizza finally arrived after nearly two hours, it was cold, and the cheese had hardened. Additionally, the order was missing the dipping sauces I had paid for. I reached out to customer service through their website but received only a generic apology without any compensation. This inconsistency in service quality was disappointing and has made me hesitant to order from Domino’s Malaysia again.
