OUR REVIEW ON DUNKIN’ DONUTS MALAYSIA
I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts at NU Sentral in Kuala Lumpur and had a delightful experience. I opted for the breakfast combo, which included a small cup of coffee and a cinnamon donut for RM6.90. The coffee was hot and robust, and the donut was fresh and satisfying—just the right amount to keep me energized until lunch. The staff were efficient and friendly, promptly preparing my order. Although seating was limited, I managed to find a spot to enjoy my meal, making for a pleasant start to my day.
However, on a subsequent visit to the Dunkin’ Donuts outlet at Petronas Shah Alam, my experience was less favorable. I ordered a combo of coffee, donuts, and a sandwich, but was disappointed by the quality. The coffee was overly bitter, the donuts lacked fluffiness, and the chocolate topping tasted subpar. The mayo chicken sandwich was underwhelming, with minimal filling and an excess of lettuce. While the staff were polite, the service was slow, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. This inconsistency between outlets suggests that while some locations uphold Dunkin’s standards, others fall short, making it a hit-or-miss choice for customers.
