I recently visited Boost Juice at VivoCity in Singapore, drawn by its reputation for fresh, healthy smoothies. I ordered the Mango Magic, anticipating a refreshing blend of mango and yogurt. While the drink was enjoyable, I noticed that the mango flavor seemed more like juice extract than fresh fruit, and the yogurt portion dominated the taste. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, and the drink was a satisfying treat on a warm day.
However, the service left room for improvement. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and the wait time was longer than expected, even though the queue wasn’t particularly long. Additionally, the pricing felt a bit steep for the portion size and quality. While Boost Juice offers a convenient option for a quick smoothie fix, I believe there’s potential for enhancing both the product quality and customer service to provide a more consistent and satisfying experience.
