The fries, especially the kimchi-flavoured skinny version, were bold and crisp, pairing well with the chicken. I enjoyed the friendly, casual vibe of the outlet—it felt relaxed yet inviting .
That said, the experience wasn’t flawless. During peak hours, orders took a long time both to place and to arrive—sometimes up to 15 minutes just to get seated, and then a further wait for food . I also noticed some inconsistency: on another visit, fries were soggy, and my burger arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing.
